I offer a safe, confidential & non judgemental environment in which to explore & discuss personal & professional concerns, recognise & develop your own resilience and open up to possibilities & opportunities individually or together as a couple. Relationships are difficult, with yourself or with others. Counselling can help you understand yourself in relationships, learn what you really want, how to communicate that to each other and manage the differences. We work towards strengthening your ability to face challenges, create new ways to communicate & find a path to move forward in a sensitive and supportive environment.
Discover what is important to you, what makes you feel alive & fulfilled. Identify your values, how they help you with your decision making & how you honour them in your daily lives. Explore what is meaningful to you & gives you a sense of purpose. Learn what holds you back from being your natural & best self and develop skills to recover from setbacks.
Discussing your most personal worries & concerns with someone who is effectively a stranger to you can be a big barrier preventing you from getting the help you need. For this reason I offer a 30-minute complimentary meeting to help you make that first step. Appointments can be scheduled for mornings, afternoons or some evenings.
