About me
Hi, I’m Vrinda, an integrative counsellor offering a calm, reflective space where you don’t have to pretend to be coping or “have it all together.”
Many of the people I work with feel emotionally overwhelmed, self-critical, or unsure why they are reacting the way they are. Together, we slow things down and gently make sense of your experiences so your feelings begin to feel more understandable rather than something that needs to be fixed.
I work in a person-centred and integrative way, meaning I adapt to your pace and needs without pressure or judgement. I am particularly interested in helping people reconnect with their emotions and inner world, especially if you often invalidate your own feelings or feel alone in what you are going through.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and less alone. Over time, this can support deeper self-understanding, emotional clarity, and a greater sense of hope.
I welcome adults from a range of backgrounds, including those who identify as neurodivergent or are exploring their own neurodivergence. I also have an understanding of ethical and values-led lifestyles and welcome clients who would like to work with a therapist who is sensitive to these perspectives.
Please reach out for a free introductory call to see if working together feels like a good fit, I look forward to meeting you!
