MNCPS Couples, relationship and one-to-one therapist

About me

You don't need a diagnosis to seek help.  Therapy can help you to understand yourself at any time of life.

I offer therapy for a wide variety of issues.  I can provide one-to-one or couples, relationship or separation counselling.  I also have extensive experience and knowledge around late-diagnosed and self-diagnosed autism and the repercussions of coming to terms with that.

Couples/Relationship therapy - Relationships can be both deeply fulfilling and incredibly challenging. When communication breaks down, connection suffers, and both partners can feel unheard, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of blame and frustration. When working with couples, I use several techniques, including Imago Relationship Therapy, a powerful and structured approach that helps partners move beyond conflict and rediscover connection. Whether you are looking to repair and improve your relationship, or considering a separation, couples counselling can help you navigate this.

I’m a registered member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) , which reflects my ongoing commitment to ethical practice and professional standards. But beyond the qualifications, what drives me most is a genuine belief in the power of human connection and the strength we all have within us to grow, heal, and find our way forward with the right support.

I’m a neurodivergent sensitive and a LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist

I work with all aspects of anxiety, depression, grief and shame.

I have a lot of experience working with people in stressful and difficult jobs and careers and the difficulties which come with this.

I have worked extensively with autistic adults, particularly those who received a late diagnosis and are navigating their feelings and understanding around it. I'm also familiar with the unique challenges that women with a late autism diagnosis often face.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.

Further information

Before committing to therapy, I offer a free 20-minute telephone or zoom consultation to discuss your needs, explore how we might work together, and determine whether we are the right fit. This initial conversation provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions and gain a sense of my approach. There is no obligation to proceed, but if you choose to continue, we will arrange regular weekly sessions tailored to your therapeutic journey.

Before the first session, we will sign a counselling agreement together which highlights the cancellation policy and my confidentiality clause.

I currently offer therapy sessions online via secure video call or face to face, depending on your preference. Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
