About me
Hello, my name is Vicky and I am glad you are here. I am a passionate and dedicated counsellor specialising in helping individuals and couples navigate their relationship challenges. Whether you’re dealing with intimacy issues, recovering from an affair, or feeling stuck and unable to move forward, I am here to support you.
Many of my clients come to me feeling hopeless, stuck, and lost in their relationships, unable to move forward or reconnect with their partners. I specialise in guiding clients through these difficult times, helping them rebuild their self-esteem and confidence, and rediscovering the joy and connection they crave.
I believe that everyone has the potential for change and personal growth. Sometimes, life’s challenges can make us feel stuck, but with the right support, clarity, and guidance, we can overcome these obstacles. My role is to facilitate this process, helping you see things more clearly and tackle difficulties with confidence.
Working with me can help you achieve significant positive changes. Together, we will enhance your communication skills, establish healthy boundaries, and improve your relationships. You’ll find yourself becoming a better listener, more assertive, and overall, stronger. As you change your thoughts and behaviours, you’ll notice a profound impact on your mood and well-being. Life will begin to look brighter, and you’ll feel less overwhelmed and more in control.
If you’re ready to start this journey towards healing and personal growth, I’m here to help and support you every step of the way. Let’s work together to find the love, fun, and connection you deserve. Reach out today to schedule a session and take the first step towards a happier, more fulfilling life.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
