About me
Hello and welcome! I’m Valeria, an integrative counsellor and life coach with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence.
Do you feel lost, stuck or overwhelmed by difficult decisions? Are you struggling in your relationships, experiencing loneliness, or feeling like you're not truly living the life you want? I’m here to help. Together, we can explore your challenges, gain clarity, and create actionable steps to help you live a life aligned with your true values and desires.
My approach is different: I combine therapy and coaching to help you not only understand your emotions but also take practical, results-driven steps toward the life you want. My clients often tell me that within just 3 to 6 sessions, they gain clarity, feel more empowered, and begin to overcome their challenges.
With a warm, respectful, and goal-oriented approach, I guide you in unlocking self-awareness, overcoming self-doubt, and developing a mindset that supports lasting personal growth. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
You can email me to ask any questions or book a session. I offer a free 15 minute consultation in a videocall and I look forward to meeting you.
Training, qualifications & experience
My approach is to provide a caring experience in counselling, enabling you to talk about the things that worry you, relieve the anxieties you might face, build resilience, and move towards better relationships.

I now see a range of clients in my own private practice from across the UK and overseas. My experience as an expat has given me a deep understanding of the challenges that come with facing different cultural backgrounds
Whether as an individual or as a couple, I am able to quietly support you in a way that is warm, respectful and caring. I am committed to helping you develop and achieve the things that matter to you. My aim is always to listen, understand, speak with empathy and interest.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
