About me
Hello and welcome – I’m Valeria, an integrative counsellor and life coach with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges, including 6+ years working with clients in the UK.
I believe in creating a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, facing emotional or relationship difficulties, or navigating a major life transition, I’m here to help you find clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your true values.
I work entirely online, providing flexible sessions that fit your life, and I support clients with a wide range of issues, including:
- Confidence and clarity building
- Stress and emotional overwhelm
- Life and career transitions
- Relationship challenges and couples counselling
- Living abroad and adapting to new cultures
- Living with or supporting someone with chronic illness, including diabete
For couples, I provide a compassionate and structured space to improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and resolve conflicts with empathy and understanding.
Clients often tell me they begin to feel clearer, more empowered, and ready to take practical steps toward real change within just a few sessions.
Sessions are available in both English and Italian, and I offer a free 15-minute video consultation to help you get started.
Training, qualifications & experience
With over 20 years of experience in social care, wellbeing services, and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) counselling, I have supported individuals and couples through a wide range of challenges, helping them build resilience, gain clarity, and navigate life’s ups and downs.
I currently see clients in private practice, working with individuals and couples across the UK and internationally. Having lived abroad, I bring a personal understanding of the emotional and cultural challenges that can arise when adapting to new environments. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds, including couples where partners come from different countries or cultures.
I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor and a qualified life coach (The Clique Academy, London). My approach combines therapeutic support with practical coaching tools, helping you develop confidence, clarity, and take meaningful steps toward creating the life you want.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
