About me
Life is full of changes, challenges, and uncertainties that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Seeking support, reassurance, and acceptance during these times is a sign of strength. While choosing therapy might seem daunting, it provides a safe and confidential space to explore and navigate the difficulties impacting your mental health and wellbeing.
I understand the importance of finding the right counsellor for your unique journey. That’s why I offer a free 30-minute consultation—to chat and see if working together feels like a good fit. This session is an opportunity to understand your needs, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that you feel comfortable and supported.
Remember, therapy isn't just about addressing problems; it's also a path to personal growth, self-discovery, and a brighter future. If you're ready to take the first step, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Training, qualifications & experience
As a dedicated and compassionate counsellor based in the southside of Glasgow, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and understanding, and I tailor my counselling techniques to meet your unique needs.
Whether you're facing challenges with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply need someone to talk to, I am here to help. Together, we can work towards achieving greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to navigate life's complexities and foster a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I am a registered Accredited member of the BACP and an EMDR (Eye movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner working towards my accreditation. My continuous professional development ensures that I stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in therapy and counselling.
Thank you for considering me as your counsellor. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards mental wellness. Please feel free to reach out to schedule an appointment or to learn more about my services.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
