About me
I have 3 years experience following my psychotherapeutic qualification. I work with clients using a number of different approaches to tailor the therapy sessions to meet each individuals needs.
I am a genuine and empathic person who will listen and hear what is shared with me. I do not make any judgement but stay with my clients throughout their own journey.
I pride myself on my caring nature where I am able to offer clients a safe and confidential space where they can explore themselves and work towards any goals they may want to achieve.
Having been on my own journey where I have experienced mental health struggles myself has allowed me to understand the importance of having skills which help to build a nurturing rapport with people.
I provide an initial session where an assessment would be carried out and client/ therapist agreement is discussed.
Training, qualifications & experience
Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic counselling practice (Level 5), also Level 4, Level 3 and Counselling Studies Level 2.
