About me
Are you experiencing more bad days than good? Do you often feel, low, empty, overstretched, overwhelmed or isolated?
I too have felt these emotions and I believe it is important for you to know you truly matter. It is worth taking time to work towards discovering those feelings of immense self-worth and contentment. My role is to listen closely to whatever you wish to bring and seek to explore your world, with you and from your perspective.
As a qualified person-centred counsellor, the foundation of my practice is to support and empower individuals looking for a way to resolve any issues they may face and which may be impacting their day-to-day lives. I offer a non-judgemental, empathetic space where we can work collaboratively to help you explore a way forward. Through our work together, I endeavour to build a therapeutic environment, which is free from shame, prejudice and judgement and where you will be afforded the space and time to be you.
Through working together, I hope you'll gain a greater understanding of who you are, your relationships, and your experiences, and that you'll begin to feel heard and respected in your world.
I offer walk and talk therapy in various locations around the Fylde Coast and I've also created a cosy and inviting space for sessions in Blackpool, where I offer face-to-face counselling, in-person. I also provide telephone and online remote sessions if you prefer.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
