About me
I am a fully qualified accredited Psychotherapist with an Advanced Certificate in Relational Supervision.
I am trained to work short-term which would be focussing on a particular problem, or long-term, exploring unconscious problematic patterns of thought and responses which may be linked to childhood experiences.
As an Integrative psychotherapist, I will draw on various approaches to therapy. However, I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a safe, non judgmental, containing space for clients to explore what is happening in the here and now.
Supervision
I am a qualified relational supervisor. I offer one to one sessions or I can facilitate group supervision sessions.
Decent relational supervision is not just important, but essential within the helping professions. That is a non hierarchical, non judgemental space for people to feel safe enough to reflect on their work with clients, especially the uncomfortable areas of the work that raises shame and guilt within us. Without this space these issues remain hidden, even from ourselves, and will impact how we respond to our clients.
I offer both individual and group supervision sessions.
Vocal therapy
As an Integrative therapist, I also include the use of vocal sounds.
Making vocal sounds can release the blocks in our bodies and lead us into connection with the emotion. This can lead the body into more ‘flow’ and a feeling of aliveness. Finding our own authentic voice requires a sense of curiousness, not judging what you hear, all part of the work.
If you feel like your voice is suppressed or not heard, feel free to contact me.

Full Members may use the initials 'MAHPP' after their names, and have undergone a rigorous accreditation procedure relevant to their discipline.
All members of the Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners must commit to acceptance of the UKAHPP Code of Ethical Principles, the UKAHPP Code of Practice, the UKAHPP Ethical Review Procedure and the UKAHPP Complaints Procedure.
