About me

Talking about mental health can be hard, walking through trauma can be scary as well. But, hey, you’re not alone, I’ll be with you through every step.

Hi, I am Tiankai. You can also call me Perri.

I believe you know yourself better than anyone else. But, when life gets overwhelming, you might feel lost and not able to see it through. You might want to regain your confidence, to make a difficult life decision, or to find your happiness again. I am here to help you remove the obstacles through the therapy process and empower you to find your true self.

At With You Therapy, I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to process. It is a space that is dedicated to your well-being and for your to be yourself. I am here to help you gain more self-understanding, enhance your self-belief and find your balance.

Therapy is not limited to just talking. At With You Therapy, I will be guiding you through various expressive medias that best suit you. I will help you process various issues using creative explorations such as painting, sculptures and dreams.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
