About me

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're struggling to keep up or finding it hard to make sense of things, you're not alone. In my therapy practice, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can pause, feel genuinely heard, and take a break from the demands of daily life.

My approach is grounded in compassion and respect. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and valued. In this open and accepting environment, meaningful change and healing can begin.

Together, we’ll explore your experiences and relationships, helping you gain deeper insight into yourself. With greater understanding, I believe we all have the capacity to grow, heal, and lead more connected, fulfilling lives.

My path to becoming a therapist began after a career in retail and brand management—a period that left me feeling burnt out and disconnected. Through therapy, I was able to reconnect with my values and find a renewed sense of purpose. That experience ultimately inspired me to retrain as a counsellor.

Alongside my private practice, I also facilitate support groups for a domestic violence charity, working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. I have a particular interest in supporting people recovering from addiction and am especially passionate about men’s mental health.

I work integratively, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to offer personalised, flexible support that meets your individual needs.

My practice is located in a bright, welcoming space in Spitalfields, London E1—just a short walk from Liverpool Street (10 minutes), Aldgate East (7 minutes), and Shoreditch High Street (10 minutes).

If you're considering therapy or wondering whether we might be a good fit, I’d be happy to have an informal chat. Feel free to get in touch with any questions.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
