About me
If anxiety or stress are affecting your daily life, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with describe waking up with a tight chest, struggling to switch off their thoughts, or feeling pressure to hold everything together even when they’re exhausted inside.
I’m Thierry, an integrative therapist specialising in stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and life transitions. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace and begin to reconnect with a calmer, more grounded version of yourself.
Therapy is your journey — and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
How I Work — A Therapy Tailored to You
No two people are the same, so no two therapy plans should be either. I use a pluralistic, integrative approach, combining the most helpful elements of different therapeutic models to suit your unique needs.
My approach brings together:
Humanistic therapy — a gentle, person‑centred space where you set the pace
Psychodynamic therapy — understanding how past experiences shape present emotions
CBT — practical tools to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviours
Somatic and mindfulness‑based work — calming the nervous system
Hypnotherapy, IEMT, EFT/Tapping & NLP — for deeper subconscious and emotional change
Coaching — building confidence, motivation and forward momentum
This blend helps you feel better now while creating long‑term emotional resilience.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, lost, or simply in need of a safe space to talk, therapy can help you reconnect with clarity and strength.
Who I Work Best With
I’m a good fit for you if:
- You’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed or emotionally stretched
- You want a therapist who is warm, grounded and non‑judgmental

If this sounds like you, we’ll work well together.
