About us
Let's work together to support your mental & emotional wellbeing. I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting & empowering others through delivering effective CBT with a warm and collaborative approach.
I help individuals overcome common mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, OCD and low self-esteem. Additionally, I have a special interest in women's health, and I have experience of supporting women with various conditions specific to women's health, such as PMDD. I have also recently completed further training to help support those who have experienced baby loss.
My aim as your therapist is to help you become aware of your own inner strengths, to help empower you so you can grow from your struggles and help you create positive change so you can move forward to where you would like to be, based on your individual therapy goals.
I believe in the importance of finding the right therapist for your individual needs. I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation where we can discuss your therapy needs and assess what is best for you. I provide face-to-face therapy in Paisley and Glasgow city centre. I also offer the option of online therapy for anyone in Scotland or across the UK.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have 5 years of experience within mental health, my experience has been gained through private practice as well as my clinical role where I work part time in a private healthcare organisation working with patients online. In addition, I have also created and facilitated several successful therapy groups privately, with a focus on group therapy for women & low self-esteem.
