About us

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, or difficulty managing anger or your emotions? You may be feeling stuck and frustrated that these issues are holding you back and you can't move forward with your life. You're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this on your own. Through therapy we can help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences, build confidence in yourself, learn new ways of coping and start healing and moving forward.

We support adults and young people aged 12 and over. We have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, and anger. We also work with individuals who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD and autism, and those who may feel shame or struggle with self-worth.

Our aim is to help you build self-esteem, grow in self-awareness, and develop resilience and effective coping strategies. We support you in learning to manage emotions more confidently and make positive, lasting changes, so you can live your life the way you want to.

We offer a warm, empathetic, and professional environment where your well-being is our priority. We understand that finding the right counsellor can feel daunting, which is why we take the stress out of the process by offering access to a team of experienced therapists with a range of specialisms.

Our service offers the unique benefit of matching you with a counsellor best suited to your individual needs and personality. We begin with a free 15-minute telephone consultation, giving you a chance to share what you’re looking for in therapy and ask any questions you might have. From there, we’ll connect you with the right therapist for you.

You deserve to feel heard, supported, and empowered to make the changes you want in life.

Whether you're reaching out for yourself or a loved one, we’re here to help.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
