About me
Hello, Thank you for having a look at my profile. I am a counsellor who practices in a person centered way which means I focus my work on your individual needs. Working with you I hope to offer you support to develop a better understanding of yourself, find solutions to your problems, gain confidence and feel better about yourself. I work in a gentle non directive way allowing you to explore things in your own time and when you feel ready. I have lots of experience counselling adults struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Self esteem, Family and Relationship issues, Bereavement and many other mental health issues.
I work from a private space and can offer either face to face or online sessions. Your initial consultation is free this is where you can tell me a bit more about why your seeking counselling and we can decide how to move forward.
