About me
I am a warm and compassionate counsellor offering a safe and welcoming space for you to talk about what may be troubling you. With understanding and empathy I will listen, offering support and guidance. It may be that you are experiencing difficulties in your life, feeling stressed, anxious or depressed. You may feel the need for a neutral space to talk about something you are finding hard right now, feel stuck or noticing repeating patterns in your life. Sometimes things can feel difficult & we all need a space to explore what is going on for us. Working collaboratively, I am here to give you emotional support and guide you towards the personal growth & change that you seek.
With my training across a blend of therapeutic methods coupled with my counselling experience, I tailor my approach depending on your own needs.
We are all unique so why wouldn't your therapy also be unique to you too.
As a qualified & experienced Humanistic Counsellor I offer a blended approach from my training in Person Centred, Gestalt, & Transactional analysis. Connecting feelings & emotions, with mind and body, through an embodied, holistic approach.
I am a registered member of BACP, which is the governing body overseeing standards and ethical principles for practicing counsellors.
I also practice at voluntary low cost counselling services in Ealing.
I offer a complimentary and introductory 20 min zoom call so we may discuss how you hope counselling may support you & the way I work along with any questions you may have. I will be interested to understand if you have had any prior experience of therapy or psychological health services. I can explain my contract terms, fees and we can arrange our first session during this call. There is no obligation to go ahead with sessions, this is purely a space for you to see if how I work and how we connect feels right for you.
I work from therapy rooms based in two locations - Richmond TW9 & Twickenham TW2 (Greater London/Surrey). I also offer online/telephone counselling.
I have experience working with Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Family Issues, Grief, Health related issues, Lack of Direction, Low Confidence, Low Self-Esteem, Loss, Personal development and growth, PTSD/post-traumatic stress, Relational Issues, Self-worth, Stress, Trauma, Work related issues.
Each session is 50 minutes, I provide therapy in person & online.
Sessions are usually on a weekly basis.
I offer therapy to adults of 18 years and over.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
