About me

Suzi Lauder Post Grad UKCP accredited Psychotherapist

I am located just a few miles outside Stratford upon Avon. I offer counselling and receive GP referrals. I have a private practice located near Stratford upon Avon. I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist and work primarily using Transactional Analysis (TA). It is a powerful and effective therapeutic approach, which is widely used by psychotherapists and counsellors to resolve areas within life where you may be experiencing difficulties.

Sometimes we may find life isn’t working the way we want it to, relationships may seem problematic, we can feel like we are struggling, we may not even have words for what is wrong, just a sense that something is. Therapy can help to move us towards a life that does work and can free us from restrictions, providing more choices and freedom. It can help us find meaning and make sense of what is going on for us and move us towards a more contented way of being.

It’s not always possible to turn to family or friends for support, and sometimes our difficulties involve those very people. We ALL experience times in our life when we need help and at times like these, I can work with you to find answers, make changes and move towards the life you would like for yourself. Our work together is in the strictest confidence, and you can expect to be listened to without judgment, with compassion and respect.

If you would like to talk to me about a problem you are experiencing then please contact me for an appointment on 07702 151585. Your initial consultation is FREE and I also offer some evening and weekend appointments in addition to daytime appointments.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
