About me

You don’t have to have everything figured out — but if you’re tired of pretending you do, this could be the space for you.

There are times when life just piles up, and it can feel exhausting trying to keep going. Perhaps you’re the person everyone relies on, yet privately you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, or simply running on empty. Maybe you find yourself overthinking, putting pressure on yourself, or wondering why things feel harder than they used to.

If this sounds familiar, you don’t have to work it out on your own. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can take off the mask, be yourself, and feel genuinely listened to — without judgement, pressure, or needing to have the “right” words. We can start exactly where you are.

I am a qualified BACP counsellor and work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, low self-esteem, overthinking, burnout, and life transitions. Together, we’ll take time to make sense of what’s going on for you, explore what may be weighing you down, and find ways forward that feel manageable, helping you feel more like yourself again.

I also offer counselling in Spanish, creating a space where you can express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable for you.

I offer both online and in-person counselling and welcome clients from all backgrounds.

I understand that starting counselling can feel daunting. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to talk about or have everything figured out before getting in touch. We can simply begin with a conversation and see how it feels.

If this feels like it could be the right space for you, I would be very happy to hear from you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in line with their ethical framework to ensure a safe, confidential, and professional space.

Alongside my private practice, I also work within a local counselling agency in Cheltenham, supporting clients with a range of difficulties, including more complex and long-standing issues. This experience has deepened my ability to work sensitively and at a pace that feels right for you, without pressure or expectation.

In our work together, the focus is on creating a space where you feel supported to explore your experiences in a way that is manageable, helping you feel more grounded, understood, and connected to yourself over time.

Qualifications:

Advanced Diploma (Level 5) in Counselling
Advanced Certificate (Level 4) in Counselling

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
