About me
I practice Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP) with individuals. CPP, a mindfulness-based, integrative, transpersonal approach, aims to address all aspects that make us who we are; there is complete interaction between the heart, mind, body, and spirit. Practising mindfulness in relationships, I seek to offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which to deeply explore and integrate with kindness and compassion, orienting to your inherent health and wisdom, thus enabling you to move beyond your patterning and changing your relationship with yourself and others.
I have experience with a range of issues, among others: grief, depression and anxiety, trauma, childhood trauma and abuse, self-esteem, attachment and relationship issues, disordered eating and self-harm.
I am committed to accompanying clients from coping to thriving. Rooted in depth psychotherapy, CPP offers the possibility of a long-term therapeutic relationship, or to support you through a difficult period. To find out how I might support you, please give me a ring or email, and we can arrange an initial meeting.
We humans thrive, but can also suffer in relationships. Couples/pairs may seek out therapy at times of great tension and distress, having lost connection. Other couples/pairs may want to explore and deepen their togetherness and find the most effective way to communicate.
In contemplative couples/relationship therapy we can explore how to:
- communicate effectively
- connect on a deeper (soul) level
- resolve conflicts and distance
- understand our attachment styles and history
- deal with affairs/betrayals
- understand our needs and work out how to meet them, and, while I'm not a psychosexual therapist or sex therapist, we can look at the physical connection
Training, qualifications & experience
I graduated from the Karuna Institute in 2019 and have an MA in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapeutic Practice from Middlesex University, accrediting with UKCP as a Core Process Psychotherapist in 2020.
I hold an Advanced Certificate in Couples Therapy, certified by NCIP, from Inter-Action Training and Consultancy (2023).
Originally from a professional performing arts and movement background, I graduated from the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET) in 2007. I worked at the CTET teaching clinic as a tutor, coordinator and finally the director between 2010 and 2019. A registered member of the CSTA (Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK) and the IABT (International Association of Biodynamic Trainings), I have a Biodynamic Craniosacral Practice and am a CSTA-accredited Supervisor. I was a trustee for the CSTA for 4.5 years until the end of March 2024.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
