About me

I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor offering online therapy across Northern Ireland, the UK, and Ireland, with a limited number of face-to-face appointments available in Belfast. My approach is flexible and tailored to your needs, ensuring that our work together is as unique as you are.

In my practice, I provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without fear of judgment. Anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, and panic attacks can make life feel overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to talk about what’s really going on. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you or struggle with relationship difficulties and emotional overwhelm. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening for you at your own pace, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing. My collaborative approach helps you take an active role in your emotional well-being, offering support, guidance, and practical strategies to help you move forward. Whether you're navigating major life changes, anxiety, or simply need a space to process your emotions, I’m here to help.

I provide a non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely, knowing that your concerns will be met with empathy and respect.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Irish College of Counselling and Psychotherapy
  • Diploma in Integrative Counselling, Vital Connexions

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor with experience supporting individuals through a range of emotional and psychological challenges. My approach blends Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic insights to provide tailored support based on your needs.

In addition to my counselling training, I have facilitated numerous workshops on mental health, well-being, and personal development. This experience has deepened my ability to support clients with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions in a meaningful and practical way.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical guidelines to ensure safe and effective practice.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
