About me

I am a compassionate, friendly therapist, offering professional, evidence-based therapy, with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. As a fully accredited psychotherapist, I provide Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Compassion Focused therapy (CFT).

I am experienced in working with a whole range of problems and conditions, from phobias to trauma, to OCD and depression, to name but a few. Whether you are feeling down, anxious or stressed, I can recommend a therapy that is proven to be effective. Many of the treatments I offer are supported by NICE guidelines: https://www.nice.org.uk/

I am fully accredited with the BABCP and I'm a member of EMDR UK & Ireland.  This ensures that I maintain the highest standards of practice, ethics and training, so that you can be confident of receiving a safe, professional service.
