About me

If you are searching for someone who is kind, empathetic and keen to support you in achieving your goals from therapy I would be happy to hear from you. I provide a friendly and relaxed environment so that you will feel comfortable discussing difficult topics with me.

If you would find it helpful to speak to me for a 30 minute free consultation prior to committing to therapy I am available by telephone, online and face to face.

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in Salisbury which has easy access for clients travelling from Salisbury and surrounding areas. I am trained to use an integrative approach which brings together different elements of specific therapies. This enables me to draw on different skills dependent on the needs of my clients.

I have a special interest in supporting people suffering with stress and anxiety, particularly in the workplace, but I also see clients with a range of issues such as depression, anger management, low self-esteem, bereavement, addiction and relationship concerns.

Training, qualifications & experience

Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad Dip PC)
Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Dip PC)
BSc (Hons) Occupational Health Nursing SCPHN-OH

Certificate - Understanding Autism, Asperger's and ADHD.
Certificate - Depression, a compassionate view.

I have undertaken further training in managing self-esteem issues, stress and anxiety and substance misuse and more recently bereavement and online and telephone counselling.

I have significant experience supporting employees in the workplace with stress and anxiety and neurodiverse disorders.
