Susan Gale Registered MBACP (Accred)
There are times in our life that many of us experience some difficulties and we can temporarily lose our way. We could be feeling anxious, low or depressed, struggling with a problem within a relationship, or simply another difficulty we can't see a way through.
Sometimes a specific life event such as a bereavement or loss or a traumatic experience either past or present can leave us feeling lost and unable to cope.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and adhere to their ethical framework and guidelines.
I have experience working with a range of different issues including bereavement and loss, abuse, trauma, relationship problems and many other issues that affect our ability to enjoy life. I am naturally approachable and non-judgemental and offer a safe and secure environment for you to make sense of your current emotions.
Therapy is about you, where I believe you are the expert on your own life. Therapy offers you the opportunity to talk about what may be troubling you in a private, safe and confidential setting. Working through issues with a trained professional can help free your mind from problems that may be holding you back or causing you stress, anxiety or depression.
Following assessment of your current needs I am able to work on both a long or short term basis.
