About me

I am a BACP-registered counsellor with seven years of experience, including clinical training placements, supporting adults through a range of emotional and relational difficulties.

I offer online therapy across the UK, providing a warm, calm and compassionate space where you can slow things down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what feels overwhelming. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and my aim is to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be yourself, without fear of judgement.

People often come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck in patterns they want to change, overwhelmed by life’s demands, or carrying experiences that have become difficult to manage alone. I believe that change is possible, even when it feels hard to imagine, and that therapy offers the opportunity to understand yourself with greater compassion while gently working through what has been carried for a long time.

My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on different therapeutic models to meet your individual needs. I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship, working at a pace that feels right for you. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and together we will explore what feels most helpful for you.

While I welcome adults from all backgrounds, I have a particular interest in supporting mothers, people experiencing anxiety, and South Asian clients navigating identity, family dynamics and cultural expectations. I also work with clients experiencing low mood, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and those who have experienced trauma, offering a trauma-informed approach where appropriate.

Our sessions will be collaborative, thoughtful and tailored to you. Whether you’re facing a recent challenge or something that has been affecting you for many years, we will work together to better understand your experiences and support meaningful, lasting change.

I am fully insured and receive regular clinical supervision in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework, ensuring my practice remains safe, reflective and ethical.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

I have experience working across charity, youth support and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) settings, supporting people through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

My experience includes providing counselling support within charity settings, working with The Mix, and supporting adults through an EAP service. Across these roles, I have worked with people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, bereavement, life changes and other personal challenges.

These experiences have allowed me to work with people from diverse backgrounds and develop a flexible, compassionate approach tailored to each person’s individual needs.
