About me

Hi I'm Sukeina. What would it feel like to be supported in your recovery from the painful shadows of your past? Perhaps you’re experiencing a sense of worthlessness or feel like you’re a failure. You could be feeling overwhelmed with  emotions that's led you here? You may long to have healthier and more fulfilling relationships and feel scared to trust and connect to people? Perhaps  you’re searching for a purpose, or tired of feeling lonely or not seen in your relationships? There could be a sense of powerlessness in your life, and you just want things to change. You’ve come to the right place, Counselling and Psychotherapy can help bring changes to your life.

Why me?

I want to hear your story and walk alongside you to explore the issues that are troubling you and find a better way forward. I am warm and compassionate and will offer you a safe space to be understood and work through your difficulties. At your pace we will work together to make sense of your experiences and how the shadows of your past maybe impacting you now. In turn this will give you a deeper understanding of who you are and how you respond to life’s challenges. This will allow you to have a more meaningful relationship with yourself and others and opportunities to learn how to respond differently.

The most important part in how I practice is offering a space to focus on you and your needs whilst, supporting you to create a more satisfying life. At the heart of the therapy will be our relationship, a trusting space for healing to start taking shape.
