About me
I’m a passionate therapist with significant experience supporting people with diverse intersecting identities navigate difficulties with sex, sexuality, gender, identity and relationship diversity.
I believe the therapeutic relationship to be an anchor for positive and meaningful change. Therefore, my aim is to provide a space that is accessible, compassionate, non-judgmental, and affirmative.
I adopt an integrative approach to therapy, which combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic modalities. This allows me to provide therapy that is holistic, flexible and attuned to your unique lived experiences and needs.
I also recognise and consider the importance of intersectionality and its relationship to mental health and wellbeing throughout therapy. I hope we can collaborate and develop a shared understanding of your specific needs to inform and guide therapy.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
