About me

Are you, or someone you care about, struggling with life? You are not alone.

With 1 in 4 of us experiencing an issue like anxiety or depression, or just needing a safe and confidential space to talk. 

To do this with someone with no personal connection, who is trained and experienced in dealing with your issue?

I am Steve Rose and I specialise in male related issues, be that; work stress, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, bereavement/loss or just struggling to understand where you are in life.

About Me

A Psychotherapist and Life Coach offering an individual service tailored to your needs and requirements. I am trained in an integrative model covering; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred, Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic methods.

Practised with a wide range of issues, ages, genders and situations I also have extensive experience in Global Corporate Business.

My approach is open and welcoming to all.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy

- Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills - Aylesbury College 
- Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling - Aylesbury College 
- Awareness in Bereavement care – Cruse 
- Level 5 Psychotherapeutic Counselling 
- MasterCoach Certified Trained
- Child protection Certificate

I work as an independent practitioner however agency experience includes Cruse, MIND , Daisy’s Dream, Wayin Youth Counselling and Child Bereavement UK.
