About me
Based in Broughton Astley. We all have mental health just like physical health and sometimes we all need someone to talk to. Maybe you have situations arising in life at the moment which you are finding difficult to work through, perhaps you don't feel you can reach out to those around you or perhaps it is just too personal. Whatever the struggle may be, you are not alone.
I provide a safe and confidential space to allow you to speak freely and honestly. I have no judgement and my sole focus is to work with your best interests in mind. I have experience of using various approaches and strategies and techniques, tailoring my approach to you as the individual that you are. Working together to empower you in your journey.
