About me
I'm a counsellor deeply committed to creating a space where you feel safe, seen and supported. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, not just with others, but with ourselves. I see therapy as a collaborative process where insight, change, and healing can emerge through honest, compassionate exploration.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. A place where your identity, background, and personal story are genuinely respected. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about gently making sense of your experience, reconnecting with your strengths, and exploring what matters to you in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
Whether your navigating something specific, like anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or identity questions, or maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what you need. I'll meet you with care, curiosity, patience, and respect. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on, build emotional insight, and develop practical ways to support your wellbeing and growth.
I believe that change happens not by striving to become someone else, but by learning to listen more deeply to who you already are.
I also understand that starting therapy can feel daunting. Whether you’re looking for support, clarity, or a space to reflect, I’m here to walk alongside you at your own pace, in your way.
If any of this resonates, feel free to get in touch. We can have a brief, no-pressure conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a qualified integrative counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Drawing from Person-Centred therapy, Transactional Analysis, Attachment theory, and Inner Child therapy, I offer a flexible and holistic approach tailored to your unique needs.
I work with adults (18+) and aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, reflect and reconnect with yourself, all at your own pace.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
