About me

I offer warm, person-centred counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, and self-esteem challenges. I work with professionals, individuals navigating life transitions, and those feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected. Alongside online therapy, I offer face-to-face counselling in Central London, close to Oxford Circus and Bond Street, with flexible weekday and limited Saturday morning availability.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and provide online, person-centred counselling for adults. My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based methods, including psychodynamic and trauma-informed practice, to ensure therapy is tailored to your individual needs. This flexibility allows me to respond effectively to each client’s experiences, goals, and challenges.

I have experience supporting adults with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, and bereavement. I also work with individuals navigating life transitions, midlife changes, chronic health conditions, disability, or cancer, whether personally or as a family member.

In addition, I have supported survivors of trauma, abuse, and domestic violence, as well as clients exploring identity, spirituality, and the pressures of public life. I also have experience working with neurodiverse adults, including those with ADHD and Autism, helping them manage emotional, social, and professional challenges effectively.

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where adults can explore their experiences, develop resilience, self-understanding, and coping strategies, and work towards meaningful, lasting change. I work within the BACP Ethical Framework, ensuring that all counselling is conducted safely, ethically, and professionally, giving clients confidence that their wellbeing is always prioritised.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma recovery, relationship counselling, or emotional wellbeing, my goal is to provide therapy that meets your unique needs and supports your personal growth.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Further information

I understand that finding the right therapist can sometimes feel challenging. To support you in this process, I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation, giving us both the opportunity to discuss what has brought you to therapy and whether my approach feels like the right fit before committing to ongoing sessions.

Confidentiality and trust are at the heart of my practice. I work within the BACP Ethical Framework, ensuring that all counselling is delivered safely, ethically, and professionally. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely.

I offer online counselling sessions, providing flexibility for clients balancing work, family, or travel commitments. Sessions can be scheduled in the evenings or weekends, making therapy accessible for busy professionals, high-net-worth individuals, or those in high-pressure roles, including corporate or public-facing careers. All sessions are conducted in a secure, confidential online environment, ensuring privacy and convenience without compromising the therapeutic experience.

My approach is person-centred and integrative, tailored to each client’s needs. Whether you are seeking support for stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, childhood trauma, grief, or life transitions, I aim to create a collaborative space where you feel understood, respected, and supported.

By focusing on the therapeutic relationship, I help clients develop insight, coping strategies, and resilience, supporting personal growth and long-term wellbeing.
