About me

I am a warm, down-to-earth, highly qualified HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and university academic.

I have dedicated my professional career to psychology, completing 10 years in higher education and working clinically for over 7 years with adults, children and families in a variety of community mental health and hospital settings across the NHS. I am passionate about my work and genuinely value supporting people through meaningful change.

In my clinical practice, I take a holistic, strengths-based approach, focusing on the person behind the difficulties rather than the diagnosis alone. I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive space where therapy feels empowering, reflective, and tailored to their individual needs. I take an integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to support you in working toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer individual therapy for adults, children and young people experiencing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, interpersonal difficulties, OCD and trauma. I also have specialist interest in hoarding difficulties and stammering/stuttering. Alongside therapy, I also offer parent consultations and EHCP support.

If you are considering therapy or an assessment, you are very welcome to get in touch. Do get in touch, even if you’re unsure what support might be right for you, I’d be very happy to hear from you.

I offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute introductory call where we can think together about what you might need and whether we would be a good fit.
