Taking the first step in seeking psychotherapy can be very daunting and difficult. But do feel free to either call or text me on 07740179714 or even drop an email to me and we can have a chat about what you are looking for and how I may help you.
I have extensive experience working as a psychotherapist at both City & Hackney Mind and Hillingdon Mind and currently volunteer as a psychotherapist at The Psychosis Project at Islington Mind.
I usually work towards exploring the underlying root causes of symptoms.
I hold a degree in Psychology, M.A in Psychoanalysis and a qualification in clinical training in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. I am a full member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and hold myself to the professional codes of ethics and guidance set by the organisation thereby assuring the utmost confidentiality to all my clients.
I do my best to help and support you through my psychotherapy practise to provide a safe and comfortable place to explore your thoughts and feelings and why you may be suffering from certain symptoms
I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with:
