About me
Are you feeling anxious or overwhelmed? Finding it difficult to cope? Would you like something to change?
I can help you to find hope again. I offer a space where you can be heard and understood, without being judged.
Healing begins when we feel heard. Counselling can offer you the time and space to explore those thoughts and feelings safely. I can offer a variety of different approaches depending on your needs and what you feel comfortable with which can include: Gestalt, CBT, Transpersonal and Person Centred Therapy.
Take the first step towards a more hopeful future by getting in contact. Together we can explore the parts of your 'self' that perhaps have become disconnected and work to restore a sense of wholeness.
