About me
How do you find a counsellor when there are so many to choose from? Here you are scrolling through pages of qualified professionals - why contact me?
I believe that healing begins when you feel heard. If you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed, finding it difficult to cope, or would like something to change, I offer a calm, supportive space for you to be heard and understood without feeling judged.
With over 6 years and more than 1000 hours of experience, I can provide you with the time and space to explore difficult thoughts and feelings safely and a variety of different approaches depending on your needs and what you feel comfortable with.
So if that sounds like something that you're looking for why not take the first step by getting in contact with me to arrange a free introductory Zoom call.

I frequently work with clients who wish to integrate spirituality or faith matters into their therapeutic work, although I also work with people of other or no faith so there is no obligation for this to happen.
If you would like to know more about how I am able to work with spirituality and the Christian faith in sessions, please take a look at my blog.
