About me
How I Work
I am an integrative therapist working with the past, present, and future to support adults you in creating meaningful and lasting change. My approach recognises that past experiences can shape how we think, feel, and respond today, while also focusing on how you can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, process emotions, and build the confidence to make positive choices in your life. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive — sometimes we just need the right support to reconnect with our strengths and inner resources.
My work is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, or searching for a deeper sense of self, counselling can provide the space to understand yourself more fully and move forward with renewed purpose.
I offer two ways to work with me:
Counselling & Therapy – These sessions focus on emotional healing and resolving challenges such as stress, anxiety (including work-related), depression, trauma, childhood emotional wounds, loss, and bereavement. Sessions are offered face-to-face, online, or by telephone. The first session allows you to decide whether I am the right therapist for you..
Coaching Programmes – For women and men ready to create meaningful personal or professional change, my coaching programmes, Women Who Thrive and Men Who Thrive, support clients in reconnecting with their true selves, building confidence, strengthening resilience, and transforming their lives. These programmes integrate coaching, guided visualisation, and inner mentor work to help you rise into your most empowered self.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
