About me

Hello, I’m Sharon, a qualified counsellor working with children, teenagers, and young adults. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you may feel genuinely listened to, respected, and accepted - just as you are. Alongside my private practice, I have worked in school for 26 years, supporting a wide range of young people facing diverse and complex challenges. These experiences have shaped my belief in the importance of early intervention, kindness, and the value of every young person’s voice.

I believe that no single approach works for everyone, especially during the complex stages of growing up. I will provide you with a non-judgmental space, where you will feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings, build self-awareness, and develop tools for resilience and self-acceptance. Together, we can explore what you need, honour your experiences, and move toward meaningful change in a way that feels authentic and manageable for you.
