About me

Do you feel like life should feel better? Are you in a dark place and trying to find the light? My name is Shanice and I am an REBT therapist, but a human first. I’ve experienced anxiety and depression and understand how hopeless struggling with your mental health can feel. I help people to find hope and manage life better. One of the ways I do this is by helping you to identify the underlying belief contributing to your pain and going through a structured process of changing that belief.

If you are not used to talking about your problems or are the quieter type, don’t worry, I’ve been there! I am here to patiently guide you through the process at a pace that works for you. This is not a one-size-fits-all, and I understand that different people have different needs.

People come to therapy for a range of reasons and whatever your reason, I provide a safe space to discuss and explore your problem and any feelings or thoughts relating to it.
