About me

I’m a Clinical Psychologist offering a warm, grounded space to help you understand your challenges and move toward meaningful change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, physical health issues, or uncertainty in life, together we’ll work towards making changes that align with your values and goals.

I integrate CBT, ACT, CFT, and narrative approaches to provide a flexible and personalised therapy experience. This means we can work on understanding the links between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, developing strategies to manage anxiety or low mood, cultivating compassion, and reframing unhelpful stories that may be influencing your wellbeing.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure when seeking therapy, and I’m here to make the process as comfortable as possible. If you feel ready to explore your experiences and would like a supportive space to do so, I’m here to listen. You’re welcome to reach out for an initial conversation to see whether we might be a good fit.

Currently offering online therapy via video and telephone therapy. Home visits/school-based therapy sessions can be arranged for children and young people based in Surrey.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Doctor in Clinical Psychology (University College London)
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (University College London)
  • Master of Science in Mental Health Studies (King's College London)
  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology (University of Birmingham)

I am trained as a Clinical Psychologist and have spent the past six years working with both adults (general mental health, psychiatric inpatient setting & oncology) and young people (CAMHS & neurorehabilitation service for children with acquired brain injuries) in a range of mental health settings. Alongside this, I hold a BABCP-accredited CBT diploma, which strengthens my ability to tailor evidence-based approaches to your needs.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
