About me
If you're experiencing the paralysing effects of anxiety - the racing thoughts, the sleepless nights, and the constant “what ifs" - please know that there is hope. I’ve discovered that healing, while not always linear, is absolutely possible.
I work with people 18 years of age and up, including neurodivergent clients. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs, drawing on proven methods like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In our sessions, I’ll offer more than a listening ear - I’ll provide insight, empathy, and gentle encouragement to help you move forward. Together, we’ll explore what’s brought you here and develop practical strategies to overcome your current challenges.
As a second-generation Asian immigrant, I bring a nuanced understanding of cultural and religious issues, including identity struggles and family expectations. Whatever your background, you’ll find a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can bring your whole self - your fears, hopes, and everything in between.
Working with me means having someone walk alongside you - not leading, not following, but journeying with you. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to grow, even if it means stepping outside your comfort zone. Whether you’re grappling with crippling anxiety or looking to rebuild after burnout, I’m here to help you rediscover your strength and resilience.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I work as an integrative therapist, which means I can draw on a variety of approaches depending on your specific needs and preferences. This can range from exploring the impact of your past on the present day (psychodynamic therapy) to imparting practical strategies (for example from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
The path to healing often isn’t straightforward, but if you’re willing to embrace the unknown, we’ll build a relationship, so you won’t have to do it alone. You’re brave for being here. Let’s take the next steps together.
