About me

You've taken the first step to finding a solution to what is preventing you from living your life the way that you would like to. I never underestimate how hard it can be when looking for the right Therapist, someone to connect with, someone who will listen and not pass any judgements on what you are saying or the way that you feel. It's ok to admit that you need help, it's ok to not be ok.

I am an Integrative Therapist, which means that I use many different approaches and theories to help me to identify what is going on for you and how we can work together to find the best solutions. I believe that counselling isn't a 'one size fits all' process and one approach may not be suitable for all of my clients. By being open with each other we can establish a successful working relationship built on trust, respect and patience.

I can see the real life changing benefits for my clients as they go through their counselling journey with me. Working together we can find the strategies and coping mechanisms that will help you to be the best version of yourself.
