About me

How counselling / therapy with myself can help

I’m a Psychotherapist with a deep specialism in relationships, intimacy, and modern dating. I work with individuals and couples regarding distress in interpersonal relationships or hurdles to actualising loving connection.

Alongside my clinical work, I bring over 14 years of experience from within the dating and relationship industry. As the founder of professional matchmaking agencies, I’ve worked closely with busy and often high-achieving singles and couples navigating modern dating, partnership challenges, and long-term relationship goals. I help people move through the motions of modern love, dating and relating.

I am a sex-positive and inclusive therapist, working openly with intimacy, sexuality, and desire. I support clients across a wide spectrum of relationship styles, processing and identities; including those within the kink community and those exploring or living non-conformist relationship dynamics. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, and a non-judgemental space where all aspects of who you are welcome.

This dual perspective means I don’t just understand relationships from a therapeutic lens - I understand how they play out in the real world. Whether you're feeling stuck in patterns, navigating dating, exploring intimacy, or strengthening an existing relationship, I offer grounded, practical, and insight-driven support.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you build meaningful, fulfilling relationships - both with others and with yourself.

Having lived and worked internationally, I’ve supported clients globally for most of my career. This has given me a rich understanding of how culture, identity, and life experience shape the way we relate to ourselves and others, and I work comfortably with clients from diverse backgrounds.

If you’re looking for a therapist who combines clinical expertise with real-world relationship insight across cultures and diversities, I’d be glad to support you.

I can help with:

  • Anxiety & Stress
  • Low self-esteem and confidence
  • Trauma, loss, and grief
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Divorce and separation
  • Intimacy & connection issues - emotional and sexual
  • Sex, desire, kink, libido
  • Low mood & day-to-day functioning
  • Frustration, anger and negative automatic thinking

What to expect in your first session

In our first session, we will explore what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to achieve. It’s an opportunity to begin getting to know each other, ask questions, and decide whether my approach feels right for you. Many clients describe it as the first step in feeling heard, understood, and supported.

Working with individuals

When working with individuals, I use both person-centred and integrative approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Together, we might focus on self-esteem, anxiety, relationship patterns, or other challenges that feel hard to navigate. My aim is to help you connect more compassionately with yourself and discover practical, sustainable ways forward.

Working with couples

I also work with couples using Imago Relationship Therapy, a powerful model that supports partners in moving from conflict and disconnection towards empathy, understanding, and intimacy. Through guided dialogue, couples learn to hear one another more deeply, rebuild trust, and create a renewed sense of connection. Whether you want to repair, strengthen, or simply better understand your relationship, I can support you in finding a more conscious and fulfilling way to relate.
