About me
This time of year may feel challenging. If you're looking here, then you are perhaps already thinking of reaching out for help. I am here for you.
I provide a warm and safe environment to allow you to explore difficult feelings, to look at patterns that may be holding you back, or to simply offload your worries to a listening ear.
I can offer you empathy and understanding, without judgement, from the warmth and care of my therapy room near Tring.
The relationship between us is the base upon which we will work, and there will be time for you to ask any questions you may have so that we can both consider if we are a good fit.
I have lived experience of life's challenges, and have interest and experience in working with challenging relationships, family dynamics, domestic abuse, sexual assault, recent/current or historic abuse and trauma.
I work integratively, which means I work from several different counselling theories including psychodynamic, transactional analysis, CBT, and with a core of person centred.
I offer a free 15 minute initial phone call which may be booked in when you contact me.
I also offer RTT - Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy.
