About me
As a TA practitioner I believe that through the building of our working relationship and developing our understanding of your past we can make changes in your present.
If you are new to therapy this can feel a daunting task. I am here to offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore whatever you feel you need support with.
I believe that we all have both the desire and the capacity to find our own answers. The experiences we have and the stories we tell ourselves can prevent us from finding our truth. I am here to help you find yours.
