Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious? Are you aware that you are repeating negative patterns? Through the building of our working relationship and developing our understanding of your past we will work together to make changes in your present.
I truly believe that we all have both the desire and the capacity to find the answers we need. The experiences we have and the stories we tell ourselves can prevent us from finding them. We will work together to discover yours.
If you are new to therapy this can feel a daunting task. I am here to offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore whatever you feel you need support with.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I am based in Withyham, East Sussex and offer both Face to Face and Online sessions.
Withyham is located between Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough and also easily acsessible from Edenbridge and East Grinstead.
