About me
Are you struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed? Perhaps you feel stuck, as though life is passing you by, or find it difficult to imagine a hopeful future.
You may be caught in cycles of overthinking, replaying past events, or feeling trapped in negative thought patterns. Maybe you’re mentally burnt out, exhausted, or experiencing brain fog.
Perhaps you’ve recently gone through a breakup and want to understand yourself better and make healthier choices. Or you’re facing a difficult decision and need space and support to think clearly and move forward with confidence.
If this resonates, I can help.
I’m a BACP Accredited Counsellor with over seven years’ experience supporting adults. I also a recognised and approved provider for AXA Health so sessions may be claimed by clients with AXA Health Insurance.
I can support you to understand why you feel the way you do, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Areas I specialise in:
Anxiety
Low self-esteem and self-doubt
ADHD
Relationships, breakups and dating
Childhood trauma
Feeling stuck or lacking direction
Overwhelm and procrastination
Work–life balance
I also have additional training and extensive experience in supporting adults affected by difficult or painful childhood experiences.
While we can’t change the past, we can work together so it no longer shapes your present or future.
Whatever brings you to counselling, I offer a confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Life Coaching
While counselling explores your past and present, coaching focuses on your future—helping you clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and take practical steps toward the life you want. Where helpful, I may integrate coaching tools and techniques into our work to support motivation, focus, and forward progress. Coaching can complement the therapeutic process by offering structure and a clear path ahead, especially when you're ready for change but unsure where to start.
