About me
Welcome – I'm Glad You're Here
I'm a qualified Integrative Counsellor working with adults, children, and young people. I offer a warm, empathetic, and creative space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions. Alongside talking therapy, I incorporate creative approaches such as art, therapeutic play, or movement-based techniques, especially when words are hard to find. Whether you're navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to support you.
My Approach
At the heart of my work is Person-Centred Therapy, a gentle, non-directive approach that values authenticity, empathy, and the therapeutic relationship. I believe that when you feel truly heard and accepted, healing and self-discovery can follow.
As an integrative therapist, I adapt my approach to your unique needs. This may include drawing from other therapeutic models and incorporating creative interventions such as art, storytelling, play, or movement, especially helpful for children, young people, and those who find it easier to express themselves in non-verbal ways.
You lead the journey but we walk it together.
Who I Work With and some of the issues, I have supported my clients with:
Children (ages 5+) navigating big feelings, friendship issues, school anxiety, anger, or neurodiversity-related challenges.
Young people who may be facing self-esteem issues, identity struggles, exam stress, or difficult life transitions.
Adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or past trauma.
Sometimes, you or your child may just need a consistent, trustworthy person who isn’t a parent, teacher, or friend to listen without judgment in a safe and confidential environment.
My Experience
As a school counsellor I work closely with neurodiverse children and those finding school life, or coming into school difficult.
Working in the community is also important to me and I have extensive voluntary experience, supporting women and young people facing isolation, trauma, self-harm, eating disorders, addiction and homelessness.
As a sports coach for children and young people I run weekly training and after-school clubs for children, using sport to build confidence, resilience, and learn key life skills.
Qualifications & Ethics - I am a registered member of both:
British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)
This means I follow strict ethical guidelines to ensure you’re always met with confidentiality, safety, and respect.
Working With Me
If you’re looking for a compassionate and creative counsellor who will meet you where you are, I’d be honoured to support you or your child.
Let’s take the next step together.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
All the locations I work from have private, quiet, comfortable, light and spacious rooms and with parking close by. The buildings have a private entrance with buzzer access for each therapy room when you arrive. Both city centre locations are close to good bus routes around Bristol.
I appreciate the weekly financial commitment can seem daunting, so there is scope to consider sessions every other week if this is preferred.
