About me
Are you feeling stuck in romantic relationships, low in self-esteem, or overwhelmed by life in general?
You might be finding it hard to move on from a breakup, feeling lonely in your current relationship, or stuck in the same patterns again and again. Perhaps dating feels like a minefield, or you’re feeling anxious and aren’t sure why.
About me
I’m an integrative counsellor based in Sussex (near Brighton), supporting individuals with their romantic relationships and emotional wellbeing. I work mainly online with clients across the UK, and can also offer face-to-face sessions locally.
How I can help you
I work with individuals who want to feel more at home in themselves and their relationships. You don’t need to have all the answers — or even a clear “reason” for coming. If life feels a little messy, I’ll meet you there.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to the work. You can expect a space where nothing’s too taboo, and we can be honest about what it’s like to be human — the push-pull in relationships, the inner critic, the parts of yourself you sometimes want to disown. Together, we’ll make sense of things at your pace.
I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what you need.
Many people come to therapy for one issue, only to discover other important areas emerging along the way. That’s completely normal. If you’re looking for short-term therapy, we can focus on a specific issue, but we’ll remain open to exploring anything else that might come up during the process.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
