About me
I am an integrative counselling where I use different modalities tailored to my clients individual needs. My specialties include dealing with anxiety and depression. Trauma and abuse , relationship issues, bereavement self defeating behaviours and addictions I believe that one size does not fit all and that everyone is unique. I believe that a therapeutic relationship is key and I offered a nonjudgmental empathic safe environment to help my clients strive to be the best version of themselves that they can be.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I have a Safe non judgmental therapy room at home. I offer a free 30 minute introduction to further explore the difficulties that may be experiencing .I offer Integrative therapy which is an approach to treatment that involves selecting the techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to a client’s particular problem. By tailoring the therapy to the individual, integrative therapists hope to produce the most significant effects.
