About me
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with low self-esteem, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief, or the pressure of trying to be everything for everyone. Together, we create a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and help you move towards a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor therapy to your individual needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so we’ll work together to understand how your past may be influencing your present while developing practical strategies to support lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re facing a specific difficulty or simply feel like something isn’t quite right, my therapy offers the opportunity to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I’d be honoured to support you on that journey when you’re ready.
