About me
Growing up can be hard and modern life presents many challenges for young people. Perhaps you are a parent, having noticed your child seems sad, withdrawn or not themselves. They may seem worried or anxious. You may be a young person yourself, struggling to manage the unrelenting pressure of society, education, social media, friends and family. Perhaps you are the parent of a much younger child, wanting to learn new ways of managing their behaviour or worries. Whatever your reasons for being here, thank you for visiting my profile. Please get in touch to discuss your concerns and how I can help you to find a new way forward.
I am a clinical psychologist providing high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and young people up to the age of 25 who may be experiencing mental health and emotional difficulties. I offer flexible and convenient evening or weekend appointments, either online or face-to-face at my clinic rooms in Twickenham, south-west London.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of children, adolescents, young people and their families. I firmly believe that with the right therapeutic tools, children and young people can learn to overcome life's challenges and grow into confident, happy and resilient young adults.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
