About me
About me
I’m a HCPC-registered senior clinical psychologist based in Angel, Islington offering sessions both in person and online. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings (including private practice, universities, and community mental health) supporting people to strengthen their mental health and overall wellbeing.
How I can help
I draw on several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
My work often focuses on helping people build coping skills, manage anxiety and mood, improve sleep, navigate sexuality, relationships and life transitions, and process difficult experiences. I have special interests in men’s health and LGBTQIA+ wellbeing.
I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process - a space where we can explore your experiences together and develop practical strategies to support your wellbeing. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with a warm, non-judgmental, and relaxed style. You’ll leave each session with new tools and insights you can use in everyday life.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
