About me

Together we could explore whatever troubles you. Maybe you endured a traumatic event, a difficult childhood, neglect or abuse. Depression and anxiety too could benefit from the healing Journey that is therapy. Working on one challenging aspect of your life could be the focus of short term work we do together, or perhaps you require more in depth psychotherapy to unpick your past. Therapy can be a wonderful place to get to know yourself and fulfil your true potential.

I’m an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist which means I draw on different approaches to suit each client and apply theory which is spiritual in nature. I enjoy working creatively through play or art, sand trays, visualisations and dream work.

I can offer a safe place for you to explore yourself and your history to recover parts of yourself that may have been impacted on their journey. Therapy isn't an easy path but it is worth it!

If you feel like you might be ready to begin the adventure of growth and healing, please get in touch to arrange an initial session.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a certificate in the foundations of counselling and psychotherapy, and a diploma in counselling and psychotherapy from the Centre of Counselling and Psychotherapy education. I am working towards UKCP accreditation.

I have worked for three charities in the recent years providing therapy for domestic violence survivors, those suffering from bereavement and trauma or childhood neglect,  addiction, pregnancy crisis and with young people.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
